The history of the panache is above all the cooperation/collaborations of two young people from Toulouse who are passionate about the restaurant business and want to bring a spirit of renewal to Toulouse.
Le Panache is a tapas bar restaurant located rue des filatiers.

The establishment is divided into 4 parts: an interior terrace part (smoking), a bar/dining counter part, an air-conditioned room and finally a cozy space for groups with a large bench seat and a solid wood table called "the table friends " .

With a cuisine that mixes fresh and local products (Carmes market) and a touch of fusion cuisine, our chef will be delighted to introduce you to seasonal dishes, prepared with passion and delicacy.
It will make you travel and rediscover the products of our regions.

We are committed to working with quality, fresh, seasonal products and as soon as possible in a short circuit, because we have a clear interest in a cuisine that is fully in line with our planet.

In addition, we want to be able to offer the most correct quality/price ratio with our customers so that everyone can enjoy a warm and friendly moment in our restaurant.

You will have the opportunity to savor delicious cocktails, made by our bartender and to discover a complete wine list produced in close collaboration with our local wine merchant, with a range of eco-responsible wines from the region.
